Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Frouse isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Mayor but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Frouse liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week.
