Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he has a large pastel mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his green robe. His brown fur is smooth and relatively long. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Tabaxi, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
