History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Giselle was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She was born in the east. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Herleva has worked very hard to control her curse. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. When Meriele reached her early adolescence her Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Meriele fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
