Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Kyle's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Kyle was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.
