Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Phelaia isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Phelaia fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
