History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Rinn liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Mumpena is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the west were limited. After a long history of fighting, Mumpena and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has never given up on his painting dream.
