Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: He is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency.
