History: He was raised in a forest tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. River took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up bastard sword and armor he uses now. He's also a talented Soapmaker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Eldeth was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Azaki was born with his mother's beautiful face. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Taklinn grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Taklinn. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. The war was a terrible time for her, and Pyra does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She was granted divine powers by her dying sister.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
