Description: He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with small hat, and carries axes. His hair is chestnut and curly. His hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
History: Varis was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Varis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Varis. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

He prefers to carry a crossbow, but if one is not available he will default to his sickle. His hair is short and chestnut. His blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spice Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a Spice Merchant soon after.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She now mingles about in high society.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He wears bulky white painted plate armor, marred by beers. He has a very tight haircut. His gray eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He works hard and plays hard.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Hogar reached his early adolescence his Half-Orc mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Her black hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are white.
Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Seddit grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She found a children's book about a Tiefling Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sai.

His skin is also unnaturally pale. His hair is long and blonde with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is obsessed with his god.
History: Olrok lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.
