Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front.
