Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his crossbow with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His head has been shaved. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his Stetson blue hat.
Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Merchant. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Percival grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Her gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.
History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Werydd was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Werydd decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and seeks redemption

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. A true patriot, Jarsali would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Gifted from a young age, Jarsali studied abroad. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother.

Description: She is a woman of bearing and well nourished. She wears an entirely black suit with red socks and a vest with buckled shoes. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Kabbarg liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His hair is black, silky, and of moderate length. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Ar-Kaius is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He was born at the edge of vast island. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Ar-Kaius took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor he uses now. He bought a ceremonial dagger and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north.

Sporting a black mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His skin is flawless and his violet eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When Mindartis reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: The child of a Hunter, who enjoyed hunting, Armara was taken on many hunting expeditions. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
