History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Vanuath grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Mijira was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
