Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Map Maker born in the past three hundred years. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: This younger middle-aged woman is renowned for her bright green dresses and hats, and a wedding ring on her left hand. Her crest is white and very short. Her gold eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: Uadjit was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she has decided she is irredeemable

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.
History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. At a young age his mother died while driving off some giants. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in trident use. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His moppish chestnut hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

History: Lance lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. After months of barely getting by, Vlorn managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Description: He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He carries a battered shortspear and tarnished longsword as well. He has moderate length red hair. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Laucian isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Laucian fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
