Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. Ubada enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Ubada lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Merchant they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Map Maker, and she later adopted a second son.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside his partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Gadreel was born on a far northern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Knight. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Performer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has worked as a Performer like his mother before him.

History: Born to a Weaver, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

She wears her red hair up. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her amber eyes.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. After a long history of fighting, Bree and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Myathethil was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. In her 13th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She now mingles about in high society.

History: Beatrice was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Beatrice and her spouse have recently divorced.
