Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He bought a sword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: This woman is very fat, and tends to wear a blue poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. Her Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Zanna's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She works hard and plays hard.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Sage for the past few years.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and further expansion of business

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
