Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Heian isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Elven unity. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Heian was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: Balimaar was born the youngest of three triplets. Balimaar was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Balimaar decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. After months of barely getting by, Balimaar managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
