However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Egelina fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
