History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kali fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is a Shoemaker first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. The war was a terrible time for him, and Cimer does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born in the east to a Shoemaker, Cimer learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Cimer abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
