Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he wears a simple violet robe with green stripes complete with hood. His white hair is knotted and matted. His brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: Quarion was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Carter born in the past three hundred years. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Orc activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Orc doctor. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He has moderate length red hair. His blue eyes peer out from beneath his Stetson black hat.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Baz alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Baz was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

History: She comes from a rich western family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Mayor for the past few years.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her father's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered dire rats who tried to eat her hand. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She is a Body Guard first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.
History: Gifted from a young age, Drusilia studied abroad. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Body Guard. She tends to her Body Guard job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
