Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. Her silver hair is braided into rings. Her amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Guard but believes her peers are too gung-ho.
History: She comes from a rich western family. Bolhild liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: To reunite with her old friends.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Fletcher business.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and further expansion of business

Description: This woman stands a little under 3'5" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. With wild blonde hair. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: Born in the west to a Performer, Ranala learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Ranala took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up mace and armor she uses now. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ranala fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Paggen hails from a village terrorized by drow. Paggen was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Servant. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dwarves.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. After coming to the age of reason, Thoradin took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and a strong sense of loyalty to gnomish people

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: He is a Slaad in disguise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hand crossbow.
