Description: He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 2'11" when asserting himself. He keeps his brown hair in a pixie cut. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. Bucklal is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Shepherd arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents enrolled him in a Bard school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: He was born in the east. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Adventurer. He has achieved small success as a Adventurer.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He has dyed his greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When Hobart reached his early adolescence his Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

History: She was born in the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Zanna's homeland. Zanna decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Hamil was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Hamil abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
