Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Jacoba grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food.
