To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Anakis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Gormogord was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Barendd isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dwarven unity. He is obsessed with his god.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His childhood dream was to be a Bricklayer, but he was a colossal failure. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 64. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Vonana embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. She bought a warhammer and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Sellsword arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
