Description: This eastern man wears blue trousers with grey and violet striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His clothes are grease stained in places. His silver hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes are green and beady.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: Gifted from a young age, Thervan studied abroad. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Glassblower hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Bharash hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He struck the Armorer job and began his own company from there.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. Her red hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her fierce red eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She plays an instrument quite well.
History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Mastema was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Mastema decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Doctor kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Tabaxi activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tabaxi doctor. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. She wears her black hair up. This brown eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.
History: Born in the north to a Mason, Nora learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Nora liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Mason for the past few years.
