History: Tree was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Giselle alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.

After coming to the age of reason, Valafar took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Valafar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
