She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She was granted divine powers by her dying sister.

Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Engraver profession.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. In her youth she was a Engraver, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger sister on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the north were limited. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature halberd.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Ishte alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bookbinder for hire.
