History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Falkrunn was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longsword.
