Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 44. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born in a small desert village. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Arara has worked very hard to control her curse. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Arara fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Oloric liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire.

History: Kali was born the youngest of three triplets. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Ruler they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Bowyer, and she later adopted a second daughter.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Jeweler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
