Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Valorean's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Dalaba was raised in a hard working conservative environment. After coming to the age of reason, Dalaba took it upon herself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. After a long history of fighting, Dalaba and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gillyd embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Gillyd hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Interpreter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Interpreter work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Interpreter for hire.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.

He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Barakas was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared.
