History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. Being a Healer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Akta grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Akta. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
Motivation: She has a crush on the local Fortune-teller; and wants her loneliness to end

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: Born in the east to a Stableman, Shadow learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Through the years after Shadow was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Shadow's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Bounty Hunter they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Navigator, and she later adopted a second son.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own.
