She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Merla hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the east. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Vonana decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.
