Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Crown-heir hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.
Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Her blonde hair, when down, is lengthy. Her gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: Bolhild is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.
History: Bolhild was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Druid, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Druid in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and white, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. He has shaved his head bald. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nicholas grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nicholas. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Eleanor is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her 14th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident.
