When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Healer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. History: She comes from a rich eastern family. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Callie alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: Born in the east to a Bather, Geva learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. A freak accident while working with her Barber father left her crippled. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: Gifted from a young age, Shava studied abroad. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
