History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.

He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Urshar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has never given up on her writing dream.

History: Tanglar was born the youngest of three triplets. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Tanglar was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care.
