Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears professional attire. He has white hair. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Bendoo isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Orc unity. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.
History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the south. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Bendoo alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
Motivation: Revenge; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: An older woman who does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it, she is not a threatening figure. Her black hair is smooth and relatively long. Her skin is flawless and her black eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Mayor business.
History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she wears tattered old clothes. She keeps her silver hair in a pixie cut. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: She was raised in a forest tribe. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her brown hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. She has blue eyes and a grey hat with a blue feather.
Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.
History: She was born in a small island village. Morana liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She bought a flail and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gormogord grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. After a long history of fighting, Gormogord and his spouse have recently divorced.

Her violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She moved out east to avoid the crime she committed. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it.
