Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a red cloak and cross-gartered black stockings. He wears a top hat to cover his moderate length auburn hair. His eyes are hazel and beady.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: Pikar was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. Pikar abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Ruler. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Ruler business.
History: Gifted from a young age, Shivering studied abroad. His parents enrolled him in a Monk school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

Description: She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. She carries with her a set of quarterstaffs on her belt, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. She has styled her white hair well, parting it to the left. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Damaia fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Expand her business; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Born in the east to a Hunter, Dalaba learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.
Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and money/treasure

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Jillian liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she feels kind of lost in life

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He plays an instrument quite well.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Kelter was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and many illithids want him driven away

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: She is a Masseuse first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her dancing with anyone who is interested.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Thiala was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Masseuse. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
