Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Detective but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ermina grew up listening to her father's many stories. In her youth she was a Soapmaker, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger sister on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Tippletoe isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. The war was a terrible time for her, and Tippletoe does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won.
