History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the west were limited. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Meena fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Harvest was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
