Description: She has a large brown mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her white robe, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 4'1" when asserting herself. Her white hair is braided into rings. Her violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: Yurgunn was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She found a children's book about a Dwarf Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and to reunite with her old friends

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Artin grew up listening to her father's many stories. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 42. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He is greedy; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: Her left side is far more bruised and cut up than her other. She is dressed in a clean grey cloak covering her clean studded leather. Her hair is short and blonde. This violet eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dwarves in Nalaed's homeland. Nalaed decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Personality: He hates Tabaxis with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Great abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and wants to raise his children well

History: He was born in the north. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. Chem is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He was raised in a plains tribe. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Being a Animal Trainer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and to unite with his brother

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Ploughman but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.
Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers
