Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His fur, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are amber.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Flask was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with red lining and desert motifs. He carries with him a set of warhammers, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Faran fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'5". She wears grey trousers with black and blue striped suspenders. She wears various colorful collared shirts, and her gloved hand is found clutching a nunchaku. Her feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her ears are large.
Personality: She hates giants. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Millicent was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her father's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered giants who tried to eat her hand. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and many giants want her driven away

Description: This man is very fat, and prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His head has been shaved. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: Ozyman was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. During his travels, Ozyman and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Ozyman discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Ozyman fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
Motivation: To be a Soapmaker again.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Apothecary. His brown hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Apothecary kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
