Description: This man stands a little under 2'10" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His long red hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.
Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Ghaliver was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and revenge

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears brown painted combat armor at almost all times. His tied-back hair is silver. His eyes are brown and beady.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Orsik was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.
Motivation: Revenge; and a deep hatred of orcs

Description: He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his club with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'4" when asserting himself. His red fur is greasy and uncared for. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. River enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While he appears to be a normal Tabaxi, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he seems to be bored by most things

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: Gesrethe hails from a village terrorized by orcs. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered poetry. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
