History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Tieflings in Vepar's homeland. Vepar decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Vepar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her parents were killed by goblins in a raid when she was still a young child. The goblins captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Butcher they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Painter, and he later adopted a second daughter.
