Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. The war was a terrible time for him, and Xappan does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Xappan reached his early adolescence his Tiefling father passed away. History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fortune-teller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fortune-teller work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and a deep hatred of goblins
