History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Cockaby was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Cockaby's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
