He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: Born in the west to a Engraver, Philomena learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. When Philomena reached her early adolescence her Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 2 years.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To be a Armorer again; and he is greedy

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
