History: She got into the Fletcher business at a young age. She married young, but lost her spouse to orcs. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
