History: Shifting lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Priest, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Theirastra's homeland. Theirastra decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
