History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with her Dyer mother left her crippled. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mayor for the past few years.

One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Ovina took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up longbow and armor she uses now. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

The giants captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind.
