Description: An older man who wears a white shirt with thin green vertical stripes and brown pants, he is not a threatening figure. His chestnut hair is still thick. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Zed embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Orcs. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Zed was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'3" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is wearing a tight grey one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. His silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. His gray eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed grey hat.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: He got into the Blacksmith business at a young age. Through the years after Frederick was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Frederick's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This malnourished woman wears a blue vest and prefers white and tan shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. She has a very tight haircut. Her blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with poetry. She constantly tries to fill her life with poetry. She is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Dalaba took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up halberd and armor she uses now. She bought a halberd and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she is wracked by social anxiety

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 6'0" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing grey cape and mantle trimmed with soft white waves gently in the breeze. Her brown hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. She wears a mask on her face.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Bricklayer. She has achieved small success as a Bricklayer.
Motivation: To be a Beggar again; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Knight hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

Description: The light-skinned woman stands 3'2" and wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat. She has styled her white hair well, parting it to the left. Her blue eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Eran grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Eran. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.
History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Pyxrin has worked very hard to control her curse. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His brown hair is smooth and relatively long. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: Dreali was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact
