History: Ar-Baruk was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He struck the Assassin job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new assassin responsibilities is difficult

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Sumnes's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. Sumnes is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her first spouse was a Jeweler, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Scribe but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: Born to a Bookbinder, his father struggled to pay the bills. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.
History: Trail lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now owns her own business.
Motivation: Wants to raise her children well.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her music with anyone who is interested.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Quillathe was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. She has never given up on her music dream.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. In her 15th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Mamnen took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up sword and armor he uses now. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
